Meditation
I’ve known that there were benefits to meditation. There was a time when I meditated for 15-30 minutes a day over a six month period. What eventually stopped me from meditating was this realization that snapped into my being. I smiled for a week straight, for no reason! It was great. I wish I could elucidate what the experience was, but it was more experiential and not cognitive. So it’s hard to put into words. The only way I can attempt to describe it now is that it was a glimpse into the oneness of all that was not seen nor understood, but felt.
Anyway I’ve been telling myself that I should begin this whole meditation thing again.
Now there is scientific proof of the benefits of meditation:
Meditating does more than just feel good and calm you down, it makes you perform better – and alters the structure of your brain, researchers have found.

For some reason something I read a while back formed in my thoughts while reading this… “You cannot have a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.” Anyways… I’m bored and came here to rant since I won’t get banned =)
